- Where were you born?
- Cairo, Egypt.
- As a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?
- Fashion Designer.
- If you had a time machine, would you go back in time or into the future?
- This is anticlimactic, but I would probably wanna go back in time to when my children (now 20 and 17) were born, so I can mother them with all that I know now. Basically give tons less F$#%s and let them relax a lot more.
- What is your life like outside of TiltShift?
- It varies greatly from time in nature to rock climbing, scuba diving and archery to spending time with my kids, to enjoying some good life music, to geeking out on psychology and neurobiology.
- What is the most interesting fact about you?
- Hm, I don’t know. well I speak 3.5 languages, been to 53 countries and to Burning man 7 times and recently acquired a masters in Clinical psychology.
- If you had one wish what would it be?
- For my children to have a long, kind, fulfilling life not rooted in consumption.

- Hm, Is Lara Croft a superhero? She seems prepared.

- What’s your favorite thing about working at TiltShift?
- TiltShift is a place where I am empowered to engage my creative forces and do my best work, all while being part of a team that is knowledgeable and led with a clear vision. Regardless of how easy or difficult a job has been here, I’ve always felt supported and backed up to ensure the final product is something I am proud of. I have been in this industry for 24 years and these are not easy qualities to find in a workspace. TiltShift is by far one of my favourite places to work for those reasons.
